We have very strong links with our local community and are always grateful for the amount of reciprocal support we receive. Links with the local community include Senior Citizens club, West Tytherley Village School and Brownies. Boarders go to Church in term time and are stalwart helpers at and supporters of the West Tytherley Fete.
Senior citizens from surrounding villages attend school once a week for a social get together in the Library with tea and cakes provided by the school.
West Tytherley Village School make use of our minibus and driver on a daily basis to transport local children to school. The minibus is also available for transport for their school trips.
The 1st Tytherley (Norman Court) Brownies is an open pack and welcomes girls from the local area. The pack meets every Tuesday during term time at the school.
