Drumming up support

CHARITY DRUMATHON AT NORMAN COURT SCHOOL
TUESDAY 9 JUNE 2009
On Tuesday 9 June 2009 Steven Martin and Liam Williams played the drums for a period of 10 hours in aid of charity. Their chosen charity was Help for Heroes.
The boys began drumming at 8o'clock in the morning, drummed continuously until 6 o'clock in the evening. By the end of the session both boys were exhausted but very proud.
Parents, friends and visitors came to support the boys, and pupils rushed to give their support between lessons and at break times. The last few hours were very strenuous but they persevered to the end. Congratulations to both of them, and a huge thank you to everyone who supported them.
